Fire-rated insulated hinged door

Catalog > Fire-rated doors

  • Leaf: thickness of the leaf: 120 mm.
    Finishes: white painted, PVC, stainless steel with stainless steel surrounding AISI-304
  • Insulation composed of gypsum boards, rockwool and PIR 40-45 kg/m³ in 15 mm thickness
  • In tumescent strips
  • Rubber gasket around the perimeter made of sturdy PVC to ensure the doors close hermetically

Frame made of AISI-304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1,2 mm prepared to installation to panel or brick wall.
Doors for freezing areas (–20ºC) have a heater cable around the perimeter and inside the threshold plate.

Hardware:

  • 3-pointed closing system. Outside handle with or without key, panic bar on the inside
  • Stainless steel hinges with slope made of bronce. In-house design.

Accessories: colors of our standard color card or RAL card, fire-rated vision panels, bumpers, door closers, etc.
